The Agency deals with a wide range of air carrier-related complaints, including complaints about:
- Passenger Air Travel
- Tariffs (Terms and conditions of carriage)
- Charter flights
- Illegal operations by unlicensed, publicly-available air carriers
- Air fares on routes within Canada on which there is no or limited competition
- Cargo rates on routes within Canada on which there is no or limited competition
- Discontinuance of service
- Undue obstacles to the transportation of persons with disabilities
